This statement outlines our general position on environmental matters. It also specifies the policies and practices that we will actively implement throughout the conduct of our business operations.

We commit to:

Continuously improving our environmental performance and integrating recognized best practices into all business operations.
Reducing resource consumption and increasing resource efficiency.
Measuring and taking action to decrease our business activities' carbon footprint, meeting established objectives and targets.
Managing waste by prioritizing reduction, reuse, and recycling.
Operating to prevent pollution.
Considering environmental issues and energy performance when acquiring, designing, refurbishing, locating, and using buildings.
Ensuring environmental and climate change criteria are included when procuring all goods and services.
Complying, at minimum, with all relevant environmental legislation and subscribed requirements.

How We Achieve Our Goals

We will ensure compliance by:

Providing oversight and reviewing environmental policies and performance, allocating necessary resources for effective implementation.
Reviewing our environmental policy regularly and setting/monitoring key objectives and performance targets at least annually.
Continuing our tree-planting initiative with Trees for the Future (one tree per contractor placed). This not only fulfills our sustainability commitment but directly supports communities in Sub-Saharan Africa, helping farmers regenerate land and working toward the long-term goal of ending poverty and hunger.
Communicating our environmental policy and performance both internally and externally on a regular basis, and actively encouraging feedback.
Highlighting the importance of environmental issues to all our people.
Collaborating with our employees, service partners, suppliers, and landlords/agents to promote better environmental performance.
Promoting appropriate consideration of sustainability and environmental issues in all services we provide to our clients.

Waste Reduction and Management

We actively minimize waste by:

Limiting purchases of paper and utilizing recycled stock.
Recycling all paper and cardboard in every office location.
Implementing ‘secure print’ to reduce waste: print jobs are held until released by the user, preventing discarded or unattended documents.
Going plastic-free in all offices by replacing plastic cups with reusable water bottles.
Using eco-friendly cleaning products and strictly avoiding bleach.

Travel & Energy Initiatives

Travel Reduction:

We offer flexible working, which significantly reduces the need for business travel.
We use video conferencing extensively, cutting international travel and related emissions.
We promote the cycle-to-work scheme to encourage low-emission commuting.

Energy Efficiency:

Our offices use sensor lights that automatically turn off after 20 minutes of inactivity.
Hot water heaters have replaced energy-intensive kettles in all offices.
Employee monitors are set to enter sleep mode after a defined period of inactivity.
